Save the Date: Taste of San Juan Returns on February 20

The San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association’s 2014 Taste of San Juan returns to El Adobe Restaurant this year on Thursday, February 20 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Details are included in the press release below:

Taste of San Juan Returns to Historic El Adobe Restaurant

San Juan Capistrano, Calif. – The San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association will host its annual Taste of San Juan fundraiser on Thursday, February 20 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at El Adobe De Capistrano Restaurant. A variety of local restaurants and caterers will present their finest cuisine samples in a festive atmosphere throughout El Adobe’s beautiful open atrium and adjoining garden area.

Admission is $20.00 and includes tastings at participants including Slater’s 50/50, Sun Dried Tomato Café, The Vintage Steakhouse, Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grill, San Juan Hills Golf Club, Donna B’s Bakery, Cedar Creek Inn, Thai Juan On, El Adobe, Ruby’s Diner and Marie Callender’s to name a few. There will be a no host bar and El Adobe will honor happy hour prices throughout the evening.

All Taste of San Juan attendees will receive voting ballots to select their favorite restaurants in the following categories: Best Main Course; Best Original Dish; Best Appetizer and Best Dessert.

The Taste of San Juan is a major fundraiser for the all-volunteer, nonprofit San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association. Proceeds from the Taste will be used to present a variety of community events throughout the year – most notably – the 56^th Swallows Day Parade on Saturday, March 22, 2014.

Advanced tickets may be purchased with cash or check at the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce (31421 La Matanza Street). Tickets will also be sold at the door and credit cards, cash or check are welcome. El Adobe Restaurant is located at 31891 Camino Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano.
