The Ladera Ranch Civic Council is a public benefit 501 (c)(4) corporation, created to represent the residents of Ladera Ranch in a quasi-civic capacity. Although it has no municipal charter or legal authority, the Ladera Ranch Civic Council attempts to represent the residents of Ladera Ranch on such topics as:
- Planning and Land Use
- Public Safety
- Public Works
- Other municipal related services
