Visit the Shepherd’s Court Halloween Haunt in Covenant Hills

It’s October and the Shepherd is back!  Cue the scary music.  Are you ready for the annual Shepherd’s Court Halloween Haunt?  This is an amazing, fully theatrical haunted house event hosted by the Blasdel and George families of Ladera Ranch, all in support of a worthy cause.  Guests say that it’s “better than Knott’s Scary Farm!”  If you’ve never been and want to know what you are getting yourself into, below is the teaser video for this year’s haunted house:

The cast of characters is great, in particular the host of the haunted evening — the Shepherd himself.  But we have to admit, our favorite is Banjo Grandpa.

We hope he’s back this year!

The three night event will be held the nights of Halloween, November 1st and November 2nd. Doors open after sunset and remain open until the lines die down — usually by 10-11 PM. The haunted house is located at 6 Shepherd Court inside gated Covenant Hills in Ladera Ranch.  Although admission to the haunted house is free, all cash donations received goes to support Laura’s House, so please consider donating generously. In addition, donations of gently used clothing and non-perishable food items are also welcome.

More information and photos are available at the Shepherd’s Court Facebook page here.
