Agenda for Ladera Ranch Civic Council Meeting on Monday, September 15

The Ladera Ranch Civic Council will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, September 15th.   On the meeting agenda are the following topics:

  • Narrow Canyon Traffic Issue:  The Civic Council will be reviewing the traffic issues on Narrow Canyon at the September 15th meeting.  With a recent accident, pedestrian crossing issues for the Goddard School and Boreal Plunge, residents are concerned about safety issues.  The Council will take public comment and discuss options, then review with the County to evaluate what further can be done to address the safety concerns.
  • Local Governance Update:  The Civic Council is representing the interest of Ladera Ranch in discussions with Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) considering future governance for South Orange County.  These are important time that will help shape the how Ladera Ranch and other areas in South County will be governed.  There will be an update on the discussion at the September 15 meeting.
  • Election Results: Find out what four candidates have been elected by the membership.  Results to be announced at the meeting.

Meetings are held at 7 PM in the boardroom at the Santa Margarita Water District building at 26111 Antonio Parkway.
