Ladera Times Responds to Rancho Ortega Blog, Publishes Important Article for Solar Panel Owners

The Editors of the Ladera Times have responded to the constructive feedback we offered here.  They’ve posted their response on their home page here, and we’ve quoted it below:

Unfortunately, the link to read “More…” is (as of this moment) a link to our blog article.  We’re not sure if that was intentional, or if the Ladera Times wrote a response to our article in which it points out where our critique is nonfactual.  If they did respond, please fix the link.  We’d like to read more.

On a related note, we were very pleased to read a well-written and informative article in the March 2014 edition of the Ladera Times.  No, not the “LARMAC is Awesome” cover story (with a wink to the Lego Movie for the song reference).  Rather, we were impressed by Amy Spurgeon-Hoffman’s article about AB327 and the potentially negative effects on homeowners who have installed solar panels on their homes, including the many in Ladera Ranch who have done so.  Great article!  Great journalism!  Read the whole article at the Ladera Times here.
