Meritage Home in Sendero Listed on MLS

Home builders are reluctant to list their new home inventory on the MLS.  It generally (although not always) means that phases are not selling as fast as the homes are being built.  One of the Meritage homes just hit the market.  The listing history shows it as having been for sale last year, but we don’t remember seeing it.  Regardless, it’s back with a price reduction at $929,930:
