Price Reductions on Four Covenant Hills Lots

Looking to buy a custom lot in Ladera’s gated Covenant Hills?  Four custom lots all dropped their asking prices today.  They seem to all be represented by the same realtor, so one might assume that they are all owned by the same seller.  If so, that seller might finally be motivated to offer these lots at a market price.

  • 7 Alexa dropped its price from $715,000 to $619,000.
  • 5 Broken Arrow dropped its price from $930,000 to $799,000.
  • 17 Coral Blue dropped its price from $1,025,000 to $799,000.
  • 16 Sky Ranch dropped its price from $1,150,000 to $926,000.
