The Bell Tolls for Rancho Santa Margarita With New Politics Blog

We’ve taken note of an interesting new blog that focuses on local politics in Rancho Santa Margarita.  Called RSM Politics, it describes itself as follows:

The City of Rancho Santa Margarita is wonderful to place to live, work, and play.  Unfortunately the community is asleep to the cronyism and corruption that is leaking into the City.

Mayor Beall who thinks he is a King..

Mayor Pro Tem Gamble who blindly follows the King…

and Martin Henderson’s Patch that cannot print anything without the King’s approval…

Edward Griffin once said “To oppose corruption in government is the highest obligation of patriotism.”  Our little town is unquestionably a Republican dominated community.  This site is dedicated to holding our government officials accountable.  This site has no dedicated author other than the concerned people of RSM.  Please submit articles for review and the Bell will post them for comment and discussion.  The Bell is ringing!  Wake up and let your voice be heard.

Now, to be clear, we aren’t vouching for their particular agenda or viewpoint.  We talk a bit about Rancho here, but we don’t get inside politics in RSM the way we do in Ladera and San Juan Capistrano.  That being said, we created this blog as a way to stimulate public discussion and distribute information of importance related to South Orange County where we felt it was lacking.  For that reason, we applaud the arrival of more civic minded bloggers.  Whether you agree or disagree, a higher level of engagement and debate can only benefit our communities.  For that reason, we say welcome, RSM Politics!

RSM Politics is located at RSMPolitics.com, and you can follow them on Twitter here or Facebook here.
