Ladera Ranch Civic Council Letter to Supervisor Bates Discusses Local Governance Process

The Ladera Ranch Civic Council has published a letter recently sent by the group to Fifth District Supervisor Patricia Bates regarding the local governance process currently underway in South County.  We’ve republished the letter below, although it doesn’t offer much in the way of new information.
