Sendero Gateway Apartments Website is Live

If you’ve driven the Ortega/Antonio intersection recently, you’ve probably noticed the sign for the Sendero Gateway apartments, scheduled to open in Fall 2014.  We talked about it here, but like you, we didn’t have a lot of information.  The Sendero Gateway website is now live, and now we know more what these apartments are going to look like.

Amenities will include:

  • Eight floor plans (offering 1-3 bedrooms and direct/semi-direct access garages)
  • Swimming pool and spa
  • Clubhouse  and fitness studio
  • Business center
  • BBQ/picnic areas with double-sided fireplace and fire pits
  • Bocce court – but of course!
  • Playground and dog park

There are some crude renderings of the elevations here, but they look promising.  The architecture seems to be a soft, western ranch style that is consistent with some of the Sendero tracts.  The units themselves seem to sit above the garages providing elevated views.  Earlier reports indicated that there might be as many as 300 rental units built here, but that number is still unconfirmed.  As we’ve mentioned before — these apartments are not sitting on “junk” land.  They are in great proximity to the retail center, Riding Park and Sendero Field, and will have views in every direction.  Join the interest list here.
