Locals Concerned About Red Light Runners at Rancho Viejo and JSerra

Concerned with the frequency and audacity of the red light runners at the intersection of Rancho Viejo and Junipero Serra (one of the primary detours for Ortega construction traffic), San Juan Capistrano locals have published a video highlighting the danger and pleading for a solution:

We’re going to venture a guess that there’s going to be a couple of OCSD deputies on motorcycles out there this morning.  Not that we have a problem with that.
