Ten Days Until Sendero’s Grand Opening

Only ten days until the big Village of Sendero Grand Opening.  Click here for a brochure and map of the event.  It looks like shuttles will be moving visitors between the parking lot, community core and the model homes — with separate shuttles for Gavilan and Sendero.

What do we think we know at this time?

It appears that there will be an information center set up at the Guest House, at the El Prado community core.  All eleven builder tracts will have model homes to view.  Both clubhouses (Sendero’s Ranch House and Gavilan’s Hacienda) will be open, as will the Outpost on the east side of Antonio.  There will be gardening exhibits courtesy of Tree of Life Nursery and Farmer D Organics.  Food trucks will be available at El Prado and the Outpost.

One of the most common questions we’ve received is whether Sendero Field and the parks will be completed in time for the Grand Opening.  It now appears that Sendero Field and the parks will be open for exploration during the Grand Opening weekend — it will be exciting to see Sendero Field come alive!

If you are driving in, make sure to exit the 5 at Crown Valley and head south on Antonio to avoid Ortega Highway interchange construction.  Parking is at the future retail center site, at Ortega and Antonio.
