Final Tract Map for Meritage Homes in Sendero

We have reviewed the final tract map for the Meritage tract in the Village of Sendero.  Sitting on a terraced hillside, these 63 lots will consist of three two-story models of large single family homes embracing the “great room” concept, with up to five bedrooms, optional casitas and up to 3,000 square feet of living space.  The models have been dubbed the Arroyo, the Forster and the Sienna.  The image below shows the location of the Meritage homes within Sendero.

We also see four new street names: Futuro Street is the access road from Sendero Way.  Vivido Street is a double loaded residential street with access to a small pocket park at the west end.  Danza Street splits the tract in half and provides ingress and egress.  Corazon Street is a single loaded residential street and sits highest on the hillside.  The views from the backyards of the Corazon Street homes should be very nice!  The developers have wisely created a large buffer between the homes and Antonio Parkway to the north.  Continuing with our Spanish lesson, Futuro means “future,” Vivido means “to live,” “Danza” means “to dance,” and Corazon means “heart.”  Nothing subtle about those street names!  Below are the street and lot layouts as presented in the final tract map:

These are the largest and most expensive homes in Sendero, with pricing starting in the “low $800s.”  Meritage floorplans are available at this link (PDF).  The builder web page for its Sendero homes is here.
