Orange County Fire Authority Seeking Explorers

The Orange County Fire Authority is recruiting outstanding young men and women to join the OCFA Explorer program.  Fire Explorers will study with real firefighters, learn to use actual equipment, and may be allowed to participate in training, simulations and (in some cases) actual calls for service.  The OCFA Explorer program is also an excellent first step towards a career as a firefighter.  Applicants should be of good character, between the ages of 14 and 21, and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.  Applicants must also be physically capable of participation.
