Answers to Frequently Asked Questions about Sendero and Gavilan

People are excited about the new Village of Sendero, including the age-qualified gated community of Gavilan.  And people are asking a lot of questions.  Rancho Mission Viejo Company has posted a “FAQ” on its web site to answer those questions.  If you haven’t seen it, check it out: Rancho Mission Viejo Frequently Asked Questions.

Anticipated pricing?  From the $400,000s to under $1 million, as set by each individual builder.

Grand opening?  Scheduled for June 2013.

First move-ins? As early as Fall 2013.

Size of the homes and lots?  Homes will range from 950 to 3,000 square feet.  Lots will range from approximately 3,150 to 5,000 square feet.

Mello-Roos?  Yes.

Apartments?  290 units, with leasing scheduled to occur in late 2014.

Retail?  Expected to open in 2015, with tenants including grocery store, drug store, gas station, banks and other local services.

Schools?  Capistrano Unified School District.
