A Preview of Del Webb’s Gavilan Homes

We found a short promo video previewing Del Webb’s homes for Gavilan in the Village of Sendero.  The video shows us three different elevations (potentially one different elevation for each of the three models, but that’s just our guess), and informs us that Del Webb has been allocated 50 homesites within Gavilan.  We think that Del Webb has some prime elevated lots within Gavilan, so these should be really nice product when done.  The Del Webb exteriors look great – a subtle mix of western ranch and spanish revival styles, Del Webb’s marketing seems to be in synch with Rancho Mission Viejo’s “ranch living” themes.  Given the fact that it has been ages since the last new age-qualified housing hit the market in Orange County, we’re going to venture a guess that Del Webb is going to knock it out of the park with this tract.  Good stuff.

As we mentioned in our article summarizing the Sendero and Gavilan floorplans, Del Webb is known for its active adult communities, and it will offer three models at Gavilan.  The Del Webb homes will all be single story and designed in the “great room” style.  They range from approximately 2,000- to 2,300 square feet and feature up to three bedrooms with optional sun rooms.  The Del Webb floorplans are available here.
