Interior Designer Provides a Glimpse at the Sendero Community Core

Rancho Mission Viejo has designed the Village of Sendero (including Gavilan) around a community core called “El Prado,”  The community core will feature two clubhouses and one formal community hall, which are the subject of Rancho Mission Viejo’s latest video.  The all-ages clubhouse will be called the “Ranch House” and we really like the Cliff May inspired design.  The “Hacienda” is a beautiful Spanish Revival building that will serve as the clubhouse for the residents of the gated, age-qualified community of Gavilan.  The “Guest House” (about which we know the least) appears to be a more formal space, available for private events or to serve as a community hall.  (There is also the “Outpost,” which is a small community center for the residents who live on the east side of Antonio.  The video below does not discuss the Outpost.)

In its ongoing series introducing us to the people behind Rancho Mission Viejo, interior designer Sandy Saul discusses her vision for the Ranch House, Hacienda and Guest House and gives us a glimpse at the lifestyle and amenities that will be available in the Sendero Community Core.  More information is available at Rancho Mission Viejo website:
