Local Historian to Discuss Orange County Names

If you are a local history buff like we are, this sounds like an interesting event to attend (and a fascinating book to read):

The Saddleback Area Historical Society will feature local historian Phil Brigandi who will discuss his book, Orange County Place Names, A to Z.  The event is January 27th at 2 PM at the Heritage Hill Historical Park at 25151 Serrano Road in Lake Forest, near the corner of Serrano and Lake Forest Drive.

Speaking of area names, we remember when Lake Forest was El Toro!  More information on Brigandi’s talk is available here.
